What we collect
Account details (name, email, sign-in method), campaigns and updates you publish, comments, contributions you make (amount, campaign, optional message), and basic usage data such as page views and referral links.
Payments
Card and bank details are entered directly with Stripe and never touch bfunded's servers. We receive confirmation of each payment (amount, status, and the email you gave) so we can record your contribution and send receipts. Creators verify their identity and bank account with Stripe; bfunded only stores whether that verification is complete.
How we use it
To run your account, show campaigns and progress, process and record contributions, prevent fraud and abuse, send notifications you've asked for, and improve the service. We don't sell your personal information.
What's public
Campaign pages, creator names, updates, comments, and supporter names on a campaign — unless you choose to contribute anonymously. Your email is never shown publicly.
Who we share with
Service providers that help us operate (payment processing by Stripe, hosting and database providers), and authorities when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, contribute anonymously, and ask us to export or delete your data by emailing hello@bfunded.net. Some payment records must be kept for legal and accounting reasons.
